From roaring motorcycles and polished classic cars to juried art, Greek traditions and fresh seafood, the Daytona Beach area is embracing fall with a diverse lineup of festivals and special events. The calendar stretches from October through Thanksgiving weekend, offering visitors multiple ways to experience the destination beyond its famous beaches and motorsports heritage.

The season begins with the 34th annual Biketoberfest®, taking place October 15–18, featuring live music, industry vendors, bike shows, motorcycle racing at Daytona International Speedway and scenic rides along routes such as A1A, Main Street and the Ormond Beach Scenic Loop. November brings the 63rd annual Halifax Art Festival, showcasing more than 200 juried artists along the Halifax River, alongside the Greek Festival at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, where traditional food, music, dancing and crafts celebrate more than four decades of local heritage. The Riverfest Seafood Festival follows November 21–22 in Ormond Beach, while DeLand’s Fall Festival of the Arts presents 150 juried artists in downtown’s historic setting. Closing out the season is the 53rd annual Daytona Turkey Run, November 25–29, where thousands of classic and custom vehicles, automotive parts and memorabilia take over Daytona International Speedway.

The Curated Take

Daytona Beach’s fall festival season reveals a destination with a broader cultural personality than its racing reputation might suggest. The combination of major enthusiast gatherings, established art festivals, community traditions and waterfront food events creates an appealing mix of experiences, whether visitors arrive for a particular passion or simply want to explore the region at a lively time of year. For travelers, the festival calendar also offers a useful reason to venture beyond the beach and discover the distinct character of Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and DeLand.
