Pair’d Margaret River Region Brings Global Chefs and Local Wine Together
September 22, 2026
The Margaret River Region’s celebrated food and wine scene will take center stage during Pair’d Margaret River Region, returning November 19–22, 2026. The four-day festival brings together winemakers, chefs, musicians and producers across some of the region’s most distinctive venues, with a program that includes beachside feasts, cellar-door experiences, intimate meals and events celebrating the area’s acclaimed wines.
This year’s lineup includes Michelin-starred chefs Dave Pynt, Matt Abé and Matt Abergel, alongside renowned American pitmaster Rodney Scott. Their participation adds an international dimension to a festival rooted in Margaret River’s own producers and culinary identity. Alongside the visiting talent, the expanded program features music, new events and returning favorites, inviting visitors to experience the region through its food, wine and sense of place.
The Curated Take:
Pair’d is compelling because it treats food and wine as a way of understanding a destination, not simply as a collection of indulgences. The international chef lineup brings fresh perspectives, but the festival’s real draw is the opportunity to experience those collaborations within Margaret River’s vineyards, coastline and local culinary community.
